About the Coalition
The Jefferson County Stormwater Quality Coalition consists of the City of Nederland, City of Groves, City of Port Neches, City of Port Arthur, Jefferson County, and Jefferson County Drainage District No. 7. The coalition was formed in August 2007 as an effort by the members to assist one another in complying with stormwater quality regulations established by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
